Fantasy Basel - The Swiss Comic Con

Fantasy Basel, now in its 11th year, is the largest Swiss Comic Convention with main focus on gaming, cosplay and artists.

Basel is still a bit a provincial city, ergo we don't get the A-List celebrities, but what we call in Swizerland Cervelat Promis. But we get Samantha Béarth, the voice of Karlach from the hit Baldurs Gate 3.

You can book a meet and greet or listen to her talk at 1300.

Or meet Gale aka Tim Downie who will be on stage at 1215 and has stared in movies like The Kings' Speach and Paddington.

I am also looking forward to seeing cosplayers. Many visitors dress up but my favourtie cosplayer is Tania de Andrade.

There are also food stalls, but getting food demands patience as queues can be very long...

The highligt is the Cosplay show at 1530.
