Yoga Class / Calming and Energising

Come and try my friendly Hatha Yoga class. The class starts with some warm-up exercises, sun salutations, yoga poses. There is a really calming relaxation at the end.
Please note that I have several "regular" participants, they do not sign up via meetup so even if there is only one participant registered on meetup there will be other people at the class.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate. It is a small international group with about 4-7 participants who come on a regular basis. Price: CHF 25.00 per class attended. Sporadic attendance is fine. A trial class costs CHF 15.00. No membership necessary. Warm regards, Ann http://www.blissfulyoga.ch
