Walk 6 km, 7 km and 10 km walks available this morning.

If you are new, you are entitled to 2 FREE walks. After that, you may wish to become a full-fledged member of our club. An annual membership is $10. Once you're a member, it's just $1.00 for every walk you do, or you can buy a Walk Pass that entitles you to unlimited walks for a year for $15. Non-members pay $2.00 per walk after they've completed their 2 free walks.

If this is your very first walk with us, please show up at the start point by 8:45 and let the host know that you're new. You'll be asked to sign a liability waiver.

Start times will be staggered. The fastest walkers will leave first. Walkers will need to stay together with their group, at a suitable distance apart. A map and instructions will be provided for each group.

ABOUT THIS WALK: Registration starts at 8:45 am in the upper parking lot of Coronation Mall at the south end of Ladysmith for a walk that starts at 10 am. Four choices of routes are offered: a 6 or 10 km town walk and a 7 or 10 km Holland Creek walk. The town walks are rated 2B which means there are moderate hills and are at least partly on groomed trails. Holland Creek is rated 3B which means there are significant hills and on trail. The 7 km route will take approximately 90 minutes while the 10km route will take 2 hours. Immediately following the walk you are welcome to join fellow walkers for lunch at a restaurant chosen by the group prior to the start of the walk. Approximately 15 to 20 of our club members will attend this walk.
