What we’re about

Your body feels different. You’re exhausted and hungry but can’t sleep or find time to eat a real meal. You love your baby more than anything, but you also miss your old life. You feel alone, but you are not alone. Connect with other postpartum moms at our support group, run by a licensed mental health therapist. Laura will provide psychoeducation for postpartum issues and lead a discussion on topics such as processing your pregnancy and labor experiences, navigating changes to your identity and relationship with your friends and family, managing stress and emotions. New topics will be introduced every week, and you will have an opportunity to share what you’re currently going through and receive support from Laura and the group of other moms.

Participants: Postpartum women over the age of 18. Babies are welcome andencouraged to be in attendance. Please note the meeting room is on the second floor without elevator access.
