A little about me - for the longest time I have wanted to know how to be truly healthy and what the proper human diet is.

After a lifetime of researching and trying different things I believe humans are apex predators and eating carnivore makes the most sense to me biologically and historically.

My training is in sustainable land management and in psychotherapy as a counsellor.
