Public Talk "Enlightened Mind - Bodhicitta"

Mira Silanova was born in Slovakia where she took buddhist refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl at the age of 20. She has travelled extensively with Lama Ole and is one of the close students authorised to teach on his behalf. She currently resides in the main Europe Centre in Germany.

Mira will give explanations on Bodhicitta - the wish to work with Wisdom and Compassion in order to obtain enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings.

The talk will be suitable for all levels and there will be time for Q&A and a short meditation afterwards.
