With a budget of £30 to £50, we'll explore a range of flavours and aromas, from banana and cacao to vanilla and leather. Using a provided handout, we'll document our findings, discussing favourites and comparing notes. With the aid of an aroma kit, we'll delve deeper into the sensory journey, comparing rums' scents to spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
