After spending nearly $1000 on Meetup Fees since 2023 it was time to introduce a members fee - $15/£11 annual fee to join us in our events - AND you are absolutely welcome to host events too! Just message me and we can get you set up as an organiser. My intention with this group is to have a great space to connect, network, make friends, and get to know your local community (travellers through are welcome too).

Member dues help us keep this group going and at a quality we expect for the effort our organisers put into arranging events, booking spaces, and welcoming members. However, we do not want financial troubles to prevent you from being a part of the community - if you require scholarship for waived fees please just message Jenny Sherman to request scholarship, no further questions asked.

You’re in the right place if you’re a fun-lovin millennial professional in the Bath & Bristol area. We do a ton of social activities including coffee gatherings, open mic music, quirky eateries, after-work drinks, city walks, quizzes, picnics and more. It’s always a laid-back vibe so come say hi!
(This group was previously named Bath & Bristol LIVE 24-45, we have updated the name to grow with the existing/founding members age group!)

There are FOUR basic requirements for being part of this group:

1. If you RSVP do your best to turn up. No-shows and late cancellations may get you kicked out of the group. If you have a legitimate reason that’s fine -- post a courtesy comment in the event or message the event organiser.

2. Catered to those born between 1979-1999 (+- Millenials). It creates a better vibe for everyone. (If you're beyond this age range, message Jenny to see if you fit some of our interests!) There are plenty of other great meet-ups out there that cater to every demographic.

3. Put a clear photo of you as your profile pic. It doesn’t need to be a super close-up shot… just need to be able to identify you on the day. This helps protect you and other meetup users to create a safe environment.

4. Show kindness and respect. Pestering people on the messenger will get you banned. This isn’t Tinder. Finally, if you're apprehensive about coming down -- or if there's nothing in the calendar that interests you -- let us know and we'll see what we can do to make things better :-) - Anyone in this group has the potential to become a host (at no cost to you!), just speak to the event host or group owner!
