We have once again been invited to attend the Bath Landlord Conference. Toby has set up a special price of £2.50 for members of this group who book using the link below.

About Our Speakers
Tim Thomas is Policy & Campaigns Officer with Propertymark, the property industry's foremost membership and regulatory body. Tim regularly liaises with the main political parties, and will deliver insights into what the new government has in store for us.
Shaz Sarfraz and Jacqui Swann are members of Battens Solicitors' Property Dispute Resolution team. They will advise attendees on essential legal considerations that every landlord should be aware of.
The conference will be hosted by Toby Martin, who will summarise recent developments in the local lettings market."
