BR Wholesaler's Meetup 6:30-8pm (Every Third Mon)

Meeting has changed from the second Monday of every month to now the THIRD Monday of every month. Meeting will be from 6:30pm-8pm.

After we cover an overview of a wholesale real estate deal, we have a guest speaker, Tami DuBose! Tami and her husband Chad have been buy & hold investors since 2012. Learn what deals qualify so that Tami would like to purchase your contract. Tami is also an asset based lender that serves the local community. She'll discuss why the numbers in a potential deal have to work in order for the contract to be marketable. She also has insights to share about how wholesale investors can work with lenders to provide funding options to other investors, and thereby increase your potential buyers.

Please bring deals you may have, questions, ideas, and of course we will network.
