
What we’re about
Led by an experience teacher with over 15 years of meditation training, this is a non religious mindfulness group which begins at 6:05p with a guided introduction, ending at 6:25 for questions and discussion.
Housed in Karma House Community Wellness, we come together with the intention to prioritize awareness over thought patterns. All levels are welcome. Feel free to stay for tea after. We look forward to practicing with you all soon!
This event is offered freely but your donations allow us to rent space and provide supplies.
Our instructors have many years of meditation experience and solitary retreats. This class is a simple introduction to mindfulness that can be supportive in any tradition of practice.
