A quick hello to all regulars of this group and to any and all that might care to pass through Founder's coffee shop on Saturday morning 10AM.

I write this message unscripted and with sincerity that for the past year of hosting these meetings, each week I am transformed, challenged, and inspired. Thank you for being seekers on your own paths and for showing up and sharing your true selves with others, whether it be here in this group or elsewhere.

I appreciate you all, and what you bring into this world.

Wherever you go, may your experiences with others truly be one of a kind. It's the "Be You" approach that I have valued in all of you as well as within myself that keeps me coming back to this meeting space every week.

Keep being you, be encouraged, and be blessed on your journeys, wherever they take you, and know there is a space for you on Saturday mornings for you to be...and Be You.
