- Device-Free Zone: Check-in or power off your phone, and check into your own life.
- Solo Integration Time (45 min): Ease in with journaling, resting, meditating, or creating. This time is yours.
- Community Circle: We gather in circle. We share stories. We listen deeply. Every voice matters.
- Grounded Experiences: From nature immersion, to hands-on eco teachings, you'll walk away with practices that root you into something real.
- Expression & Play: Dance, draw, breathe, write, move, there's no right or wrong way to be here.
- Shared Nourishment: We co-create this space together. Expect shared food, shared energy, and shared love.
- Real-Life Integration: You'll leave with more than good vibes. You'll leave with tools, clarity and community.

We'll swap together for a dedicated hour (+) during the gathering (instead of our usual workshop). No money, just meaningful exchange.
