Sips & Sounds of Summer Music Series: PB & J (Rock)

Let's meet at Santana Row and listen to the live music! Depending on the vibe, we can just hang out, walk around, or dance for a bit. After the concert, we'll walk around and grab food/snacks from a nearby venue.

Bring your lawn chair and enjoy the live performances!

NOTE that finding the group in large open events like this is tricky, so if you show up late/can't find us post a comment including where you are and what you're wearing/how we can find you, and we'll come and get you. You can also hang out and and enjoy the music by yourself, since there's lots of people and (usually) food and drinks - feel free to walk around and mingle with others. You're also free to bring however many people you want - this is an outdoor event with no hard capacity, but Meetup limits the guest options.

PB&J is a highly skilled and engaging 3-piece San Jose based rock ’n roll trio that plays well known classic rock and deep tracks from the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s – as well as blues, soul, and original music.

It is composed of Paul (P) on bass guitar and backing vocals; Brad (B) on guitar and lead vocals; and Joe (J) on drums, percussion, and backing vocals - all who are serious musical journeyman with decades of playing and performing experience.

With strong instrumental power, PB&J is able to tackle some of the more interesting songs from the era by artists like Jimi Hendrix, The Police, John Fogerty, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Bachman Turner Overdrive, Steve Miller, The Beatles, Tommy Castro, and Robin Trower.

There is a synergy and energy about this band that you will instantly recognize. So - sit back (or get up) and enjoy the show!
