Game Market West Fall 2026 is coming to Guildhouse! This event showcases the newest tabletop games created by local Bay Area game designers and gives folks a chance to play and/or purchase them.

Games and Special Guests

  • Peter C. Hayward is an Australian board game designer who likes cool stuff and fun. He's designed games such as Critter Kitchen, Things in Rings, and many more games!
    He will meet fans and sign games from 10 AM to 12 PM.
  • Melody is the artist and designer behind Mew Doodles.
    She's a Chinese-American designer trying to spread joy, whimsy (and the hedgehog takeover agenda) through silly art & design.

Event and Venue Details

  • Make sure to RSVP on their webpage to get your event tickets for free. You can RSVP for multiple tickets if you'd like to bring friends.
  • No venue cover charge, no food or drink purchase required.
  • Free street parking, paid lot/garages nearby (details below).
  • Venue bar sells beer drafts, cocktails and a short list of appetizers. They do allow outside food into the venue.
  • The SoFa Market hosts great to-go lunch options and is less than a block from Guildhouse. Check out the various food court eateries here.

Games and Special Guests

  • The event staff are currently accepting submissions for games and special guests. Updates to this section coming in March!

Parking

  • Free street parking can usually be found on streets surrounding Guildhouse, though you may have to circle several times.
  • Paid garage parking at Second St and San Carlos St.
  • Paid underground parking at S Market St and San Salvador St.
  • Paid parking lot on Second St between San Carlos St and E San Salvador St.
  • Paid parking lot at corner of S Market St and San Carlos St.
  • Paid parking lot (free after 6pm) on First St between E Reed Street and Margaret St. Note: this lot is underneath 280 freeway overpass and is about 3.5 blocks from the venue.
