Simply bring one item that tells us a little something about you—sentimental, funny, meaningful, unusual, or simply something you enjoy. We’ll take turns sharing our items and the stories, feelings, or memories behind them while practicing curiosity, listening, and getting to know one another. 💕

WHO:
The women drawn to Show & Spill are curious about one another and enjoy discovering the stories, feelings, memories, and little treasures that make each of us who we are. This is a great place to practice curious and deliberate listening and making free mindful space to really take in what another is gifting us through their storytelling in the moment, however that looks.

Some may bring something sentimental, funny, unusual, meaningful, or simply something they love and want to share. This gathering is for women who enjoy listening, learning, being curious, knowing and celebrating our differences, asking thoughtful questions, and getting to know one another at the level each one feels comfortable.

Quick Note: This is a MeetUp Group & Event is for Women Only ( or those who identify as women).
Men will be politely asked to find another location.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will open the circle together by beginning with an uninterrupted few minutes for each person to introduce themselves by first name with a little question that everyone can answer in a couple sentences. Once all present at the time have a chance to introduce themselves, we will move to our Show & Spill. Our goal will be to have time for each person to share the item they have brought. Depending on how many of us are present, we will decide how many minutes each person has and everyone will be asked to be mindful of leaving space for all to share. If we have time, we may leave it open for a question to be asked of the person who is sharing.

The Restaurant:
Crepevine Restaurant in Willow Glen is a casual, lively, neighborhood eatery with a welcoming atmosphere and a wonderfully varied menu. It is suitable for large groups as each person orders for themselves and pays at the register before finding their party. On the menu you will find sweet and savory crêpes to breakfast favorites, salads, sandwiches, pasta, and fresh beverages.
