IT'S IN THE DETAILS
_______________________________
WHO:
Jinah is the poet, writer, editor, illustrator, photographer, and designer behind Beginnings: Poetries of Life Moments. Her deeply personal collection explores the "firsts," transitions, memories, and meaningful moments that shape a life and connect us through our shared humanity.
Poetry also carries a special father, sharing that his affectionate & insightful poems inspired her love for the beauty of poetry.
Through Beginnings, Jinah invites readers - and, for this special evening - all of us - to reflect on the moments when something began, changed, or simply mattered.

INSPIRATION:
NOVEMBER 2026 is a special event in which we will be taking in the talent of a fellow member who has recently published their poems.
***OUR USUAL: ***
Most months though, we will post poetry prompts for the month that may inspire your first poem or your billionth poem. Poetry that is funny, based on true stories, word play, emotional, dim or bright, rhyming or not, long or shortβ¦. give writing a go or search for a poem written by another that draws you in, whether it speaks to the theme or not. To give you a head start I am posting the Themes of December through April.
