This session is a gentle introduction to Jhanas: states of deep stillness, ease, and unification of mind that arise through steady meditation practice.
We’ll explore what Jhanas are, how they naturally emerge from relaxed awareness and sustained attention, and how to relate to them without striving or expectation.
The emphasis is on direct experience, simplicity, and a grounded approach rather than theory or peak experiences.
Open to both beginners and experienced meditators who are curious about deepening stability, calm, and inner ease.
