## Aguahara Level 2 "Into the Deep"

This is for anyone who has completed the first level of Aguahara. Students who have previously taken a course with surface level work, can apply to come directly into level II as well. Because Aguahara is in constant development and evolution, repeating this course is an option to update and renew your practice and deepen your knowledge of water.
We will create an intentional community during our 5 days, to give ourselves the space to dive deeply into the underwater world. Based on safe work on the surface, we will explore what underwater accompanying means.

### We will investigate and learn:

• Basics of immersions
• The mental/emotional aspect of this aquatic space
• Movements and forms for the immersions
• The different spaces that can be created in a session
• The aspect of dance in a session

This is an intensive course with many hours a day in the water. The focus is on practice in the water, with integration during theory and sharing circles on land.

Every residential training is a deep dive into uncovering more possibilities and personal growth.
