Taste of the SF Bay Cruise

Wow, this is going to be fun! Have you ever desired the chance to get to know the core bay at a deeper level? We put our heads together and thought this would be a super fun 3/4 day, relaxed adventure on the classic powerboat Tessa. Imagine this…

THE DAY'S PLAN:

• Enjoy Coffee on-shore. Get to know the captains, crew & others.

• Take a quick pit stop break at Treasure Island (alternative Berkeley Marina if needed).

• Pass Angel Island through the Raccoon straight, admiring aging infrastructure of the West Coast Immigration Station & WWII era internment camps.

• Drop in Tiburon for lunch at Sam’s Anchor Cafe (dingy possibly required).

• Swing by for a view of the Sausalito Harbor Seals.

• Pass under the Golden Gate Bridge (conditional).

• Admire the San Francisco waterfront & skyline in route to downtown SF.

• Disembark for drinks at Hardwater and appetizers at The Plant Cafe on Pier 3.

• Catch a glimpse of the Giant’s baseball stadium on your relaxing return to Alameda Island.

Sound lovely? Damn right. Pretty much guaranteed that we will have quite the waiting list on this one, so RSVP early. If there is enough demand, we'll attempt to run more than one boat as well. There is no charge for this event or for the gas & maintenance offset, however... donations are VERY HAPPILY accepted, since these vessels are fairly expensive to maintain and operate :) Also please, if you rsvp, make sure to come! This way, seats are available to those who will actually attend. Thanks!

NOTE: All passengers must be able to step up at least 2ft to get onto boat. Must also fee comfortable getting into a dingy, in the event that we one to get into Tiburon & SF. Please bring cash for meal in Tiburon & any additional snacks & drinks that you'd like.

NOTE ABOUT THE WAITING LIST: Don't let this detour you from making an rsvp. Historically we find a lot of people getting bumped up from the waiting list as others cancel.
