Summer Social Event @ Houge Park, San Jose 7/22 10:30am

Hello everyone!

We hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather, and having an amazing week!

In the past couple of years, organizing social events has been difficult due to the pandemic. However, as we are slowly turning a corner, we want to invite you back to the group with a summer party in the park! Come out to mingle, network, and introduce yourself. Meet your organizers, make some new friends, and reconnect with old ones.

The event is free to attend. There will be a variety of fun group games to play. Light refreshments will be provided, and a small gift for everyone who attends. We will also be giving out raffle tickets for a couple of mystery prizes up for grabs! So mark your calendar, bring your friends and family, come out, and enjoy a beautiful day with us! :D

Not a native Chinese speaker? You are welcome too! Come learn something, make some new friends, and have fun with us!

By RSVP'ing to this event, you are agreeing to the following event terms:

1. We want everyone to feel safe and have fun at the same time. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, exhibit any symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone who has been sick or tested positive, be responsible, and please refrain from attending.
2. Please keep in mind, while this is a social event, please be courteous and kind to each other. We will NOT tolerate any toxic behaviors, harassment, racist remarks, or verbal or physical threats. You will be banned from the group and any future events permanently.
3. You release the organizers of the event of any liabilities for damages or injuries incurred by you during the event.

NOTE:

1. The parking lot is available next to the tennis/basketball court or you can find parking nearby on the street (see the attached picture below).
2. Our group meetup spot will be near the kid's jungle gym area. We will have RED tablecloths and balloons on the day of the event. Please see attached picture for the general area.
3. We encourage you to bring a picnic blanket or beach chair as there are limited benches for seating.
