We are having our second online d3 meetup since shelter-in-place started, big thanks to Observable for hosting this event!

We have two great talks from members of the D3 community: Amelia Wattenberger and Mike Freeman. We will also have an AMA with none other than Mike Bostock himself!

About the Speakers
Amelia Wattenberger is a web developer/designer turned data journalist-engineer at Polygraph (part of The Pudding). She loves creating educational content, whether that's through data essays, interactive blog posts, or Fullstack D3 and Data Visualziation. Michael Freeman is an Associate Teaching Professor at the University of Washington Information School, where he teaches courses in data visualization, data science, and web development. Prior to his teaching career, he worked as a data visualization specialist and research fellow at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation. He also has a very cute puppy named Aida.
