VENUE LOGISTICS:
(1) There is a parking lot but it is sometimes busy on weekends so give yourself time!
(2) The venue requires us to be there 15 minutes before start time for waiver signing.
(3) This room is 90 min and rated by the prestigious Terpeca awards as the 48th best room in the world (this is the highest of any escape room in the Bay Area)

Important Details:
1. This is a paid event. You will need to pre-pay the room in order to attend. We will book the room for everyone.
2. Please arrive 15 min before the listed time. This ensures everyone can arrive, check in, and sign waivers.
3. No-shows or last-minute cancellations: after the booking has been paid you will not receive refunds due to the non-refundable nature of escape room businesses. Let us know if your plans have changed and we can attempt to find a replacement for you, but there is no guarantee.
4. If there is a cancellation/rescheduling of the event, you will receive refunds.
