You don’t need prior meditation experience, and there’s nothing to prepare in advance. Just show up as you are.

We’ll begin by grounding the body and breath, then move into a guided meditation focused on presence, clarity, and alignment. The tone is calm, practical, and supportive.

You’re welcome to come even if you’re feeling scattered, tired, or unsure. That’s often when this practice is most helpful.

This is part of an ongoing sci-fi reading series for founders and builders who enjoy science fiction and exploring big ideas.

For this session, we’ll be discussing Second Foundation by Isaac Asimov, part of the Foundation universe that has been adapted into the Apple TV series Foundation. Second Foundation roughly maps to Seasons 2 and 3 of the show.

Come even if you haven’t finished the book.

We’ll read together for about 30 minutes, then move into a friendly, open discussion. No need to find time to read on your own beforehand.
