This session is designed to help you clear the week, reset your nervous system, and refocus before the weekend so that you can enjoy all of life!

This is a guided meditation series for founders and builders who want a steady, low-pressure space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with themselves.
You don’t need prior meditation experience, and there’s nothing to prepare in advance. Just show up as you are.
We’ll begin by grounding the body and breath, then move into a guided meditation focused on presence, clarity, and alignment. The tone is calm, practical, and supportive.
You’re welcome to come even if you’re feeling scattered, tired, or unsure. That’s often when this practice is most helpful.
