34th Great Dickens Christmas Fair at the Cow Palace in Daly City

For those unfamiliar with the Dickens Fair, it is basically a crafts show heavily themed on one of the most famous ghost stories in the English language, A Christmas Carol, although many of Charles Dickens’s famous characters can be found wandering around the recreated streets of old London Town. See Marley’s Ghost wander the streets in chains. Keep an eye out for Artful Dodger, who might try to pick your pocket. Father Christmas is honored with a parade. Anyone attending the fair is encouraged to wear Victorian fashion. The Doctor may even be seen wandering around to defend Victorian London from Cybermen. For more details, please go to:

The Cow Palace is also a historic structure worthy of notice by paranormal buffs. The Beatles played there when one of their tours came to the Bay Area. It’s the home of the San Francisco Bulls, an annual dog show and rodeo & stock show. It was recently under threat of being demolished, but public outcry was against it. With all of the emotional energy surrounding it, it could be worthwhile to listen closely for any real ghost stories it has.
Buying a large group of adult tickets also gives us a significant discount and a great deal of flexibility. These tickets can be used anytime. If you’re unable to make it on December 9, these tickets can be used any other day of the fair. You can receive a discount just for being a member of BAGH. Just keep in mind, the bar codes will only make them good for one entry. They’ll be sent directly to your inbox in pdf form; please allow 24 hours for your tix to arrive. You'll need to print them out and take them with you to be admitted to the fair. Please order by 10 p.m., December 8, if you want to use them Sunday.
All tickets are for one adult admission. Tickets are $18.00 each, which includes our Paypal service fees. (Regular price is $25.00.)

BAGH organizers will be wearing their necklaces of flashing ghosties and will be wandering around the fair. Feel free to join us.
