Coyote Hills Regional Park is located in Fremont. Coyote Hills offers 360-deree views of the Bay. On clear days, Oakland and San Francisco skylines are visible as well as Mt. Tamalpais and the Santa Cruz Mountains. We will also enjoy spectacular views of the East Bay Hills, the marshlands and the Dumbarton Bridge.

Difficulty Level: Beginners
Pace: approximately 2 miles per hour
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Meeting Place: Visitor Center’s Parking Lot
Parking: $5 per vehicle
Please meet at the Visitor Center’s parking lot. The trail offers no shade. Make sure to use sunblock and wear a hat. There are some moderate climbs and descends, but they are short.
Bring plenty of water and snacks.
Driving Directions:
From CA 84 in Fremont exit Paseo Padre Parkway/Thornton Avenue and go north. Turn left onto Patterson Ranch Road. Pay the parking fee and drive to the end of the road near the Visitor Center.
