Welcome to The Bay Area Block-Her and Diggers!
We are a volleyball group designed for intermediate to advanced players who are looking for fun, competitive, and well-organized games. We’re excited to have you join us!

Eligibility
This group is specifically for intermediate to advanced skill-level players. Participants of all ages are welcome, provided they meet the required skill level. Our goal is to ensure that all players are comfortable competing at descent level.
Registration
To join, please register and provide a brief summary of your volleyball experience. This helps us maintain balanced and competitive play.
Meetup Schedule
We host regular sessions on designated days and times. Meetups may occur weekly or bi-weekly, depending on availability and participation.
Venue
Games are held either at an indoor gym or at the beach. The exact location will be communicated to registered members prior to each meetup.
Game Format
Games are organized in a friendly yet competitive format. Depending on attendance, we may play:
• 6v6
• 4v4
• Mixed doubles
Children may play near the court during scheduled game times. However, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Safety Guidelines
Safety is a top priority. All participants are expected to adhere to the following:
• Wear appropriate volleyball attire and footwear to reduce the risk of injury.
• Bring your own water bottle or hydration pack.
• Warm up properly before play.
• Inform organizers in advance of any health conditions or injuries.
• Respect the rules and decisions made by organizers and referees.
Please note: The organizer and any individuals conducting or managing the games are not liable for injuries or accidents sustained by participants at the facilities.
Sportsmanship & Respect
We are committed to maintaining a positive, inclusive environment. All players and spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect, and fair play. Please encourage fellow players and refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct.

Attendance Fee (Non-Refundable)
To support court reservations, equipment, and event organization, we charge a small attendance fee.
$3 per adult (U.S.)
¥500 per adult (Japan)
Children may attend free of charge but must be included in registration for logistical purposes.

If you do not already have an account, please download the app and set up your profile prior to the meetup.
Payment Deadline
Payment must be made before the game, preferably several hours or one day in advance. This allows organizers to maintain an accurate roster.
Payment Details
When submitting payment, please include:
• Your full name
• Number of adults attending
• Date of the meetup
This ensures your payment is correctly recorded.
Attendance Confirmation
Once payment is received, your name will be added to the official roster. Registration is confirmed upon payment.
On the day of the meetup, please check in with the organizers so we can verify attendance and finalize team formations.
Refund Policy
The attendance fee is non-refundable. Once payment is made, it confirms your commitment to attend and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This policy allows us to effectively manage reservations, equipment, and related costs.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, please notify the organizers as early as possible so we can adjust team formations accordingly.
