### Our Speaker: Rob Beardsley
Rob founded LSCRE in 2018 and has overseen the acquisition, financing, and management of over $750 million in apartment communities. As CEO, Rob drives the strategic growth of the firm, while also overseeing the vertically integrated property and construction management operations of 5,000+ apartment homes. Rob has sold over 30,000 copies of his two books on commercial real estate and is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences nationwide. Born in Silicon Valley, California, Rob studied Information Systems at Carnegie Mellon University for two years before pursuing his business ambitions full-time.
