In addition to Moneil Senior Living I am also the Founder, CEO, and Principal of Moneil Investment and Management Groups & Multifamily Syndication Academy, where I oversee a portfolio of over 8,000 doors and $1 billion in assets under management. I specialize in acquiring, renovating, rebranding, and operating B-class value-add multifamily properties, hotels, and senior living facilities across the US.
