### Our Speaker: Claro Villanueva
Claro Villanueva is a technology entrepreneur turned real estate investor with a 30-year track record building companies and acquiring assets. He founded iCatalyst Inc, which manages a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties in Texas and invests in early-stage ventures.
Before shifting into real estate, Claro co-founded MagnaWare, a resume-processing tech platform whose patented algorithms powered recruiting operations for Fortune 100 companies. MagnaWare’s technology was later acquired by Talent Technology Corporation, where he continued as Principal Architect.
Earlier roles include senior business development positions launching imaging and OCR products like OmniPage and OmniForm, expanding product lines internationally, and opening new markets.
