The San Francisco 49ers (12–4) host the Seattle Seahawks (13–3) at Levi’s Stadium in a winner-take-all battle for the NFC West title and the #1 seed in the NFC playoffs. A tie gives Seattle the edge — so yes, every single play matters.

Add in a historic rivalry, playoff stakes, and those slick Rivalry Black & Red jerseys honoring the Faithful… and you’ve got a can’t-miss game.

We have tables reserved just for our group on the covered back patio (with heaters). There are lots of TVs, great sightlines, and a fun, lively game-day vibe — perfect for cheering, groaning, celebrating, and high-fiving.

🧥 Dress warmly — heaters help, but it is winter patio season!

🍔 Food & Drink Notes:
• Marvin Gardens is normally open until 10:00 PM on Saturdays, so we’re all set to watch the full game and grab a beer after!
• The Kitchen will be open until 8:30 pm so you can order munchies or a meal throughout the game! Marvin Gardens on Yelp

🚗 Parking:
Street parking is usually available on Old County Road or in the neighborhood across the street. Expect a short walk — and please be careful crossing Old County Road after dark (eyes up, phones down!).
