Join us for a high-energy night on the waterfront with The Cheeseballs, one of San Francisco’s top dance bands! Known for their explosive live shows and crowd-pleasing setlists, The Cheeseballs have rocked thousands of events across the U.S.—and now they’re bringing the party to Redwood City!
🎤 Their sound blends funk, soul, R&B, and pop, covering everything from:
- 🎵 '60s Motown to '80s new wave
- 💃 ABBA’s “Dancing Queen” to Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic”
- 🎙️ Etta James’ “At Last” and beyond

- 📍 Location: Port of Redwood City, 459 Seaport Court

Look for our green sparkly streamers and your hosts, Amy and Tom, wearing colorful bead necklaces.

🪑 What to Bring
- A chair for yourself
- Food and drinks (for yourself or to share!)
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
- Layers for the late afternoon breeze (It's getting colder! 🥶)
💸 A suggested cash contribution of $5–20 is collected during the set break to support Live Music Fostering Community, the nonprofit sponsor of Rock The Dock.

Rock The Dock events are casual, social, and welcoming — easy to enjoy whether you come with friends or on your own. New members are always welcome!
You’re welcome to bring a picnic, snacks, and beverages (for yourself or to share). Plus, there are several food and beer trucks onsite as well.

🅿️ PARKING
- Main Lot: The Port’s main parking lot fills quickly — especially for popular bands.
- Overflow Lot: If the main lot is full, use the overflow lot just east of the main entrance on Seaport Blvd.
- How to Enter: Instead of turning left into the main lot, make a soft diagonal left just before the median and go through the gate. (Yes, it feels like you’re heading into oncoming traffic!)
- Walking Route: After parking, walk back out to Seaport Blvd to get to the dock.
