🎁 Holiday Survival Guide: Less Stress, More Joy, New Traditions!
Details
🎁 Holiday Cheer? It's Complicated! 🦃
Part 2 of a 2-Week Series
The holidays are coming, ready or not! And while we can't control every family gathering, awkward conversation, or unexpected emotional moment, we can make choices that help us navigate the season with less stress and more confidence.
Whether you're newly separated, divorced, navigating relationship challenges, or simply adjusting to a different chapter of life, the holidays don't have to look like they used to in order to be meaningful—or even fun!
You don't have to recreate the holidays of the past to enjoy the season ahead.
---------------------------------
In this second part of our series, we'll explore practical ways to:
- 🎄 Set realistic, flexible expectations and let go of unnecessary pressure
- 💬 Handle awkward questions, difficult conversations, and complicated family dynamics
- ❤️ Recognize emotional triggers and respond rather than react
- 📅 Make plans (and backup plans!) for celebrations, quiet days, and special moments
- 🎁 Rethink traditions and create new experiences that reflect your life today
- 🤗 Find connection, support, and opportunities for joy throughout the season
We'll talk about what we can control, what we may need to let go of, and how to give ourselves permission to celebrate differently.
---------------------------------
Missed Week 1? No problem! This session stands on its own, and everyone is welcome.
The goal isn't a picture-perfect holiday season. It's finding ways to make it meaningful, manageable, and maybe even a little magical. ✨
Come for the insights, stay for the connection. ❤️
