Enjoy an easy pace 7 mile 800 ft elevation gain hike.
Take Penitencia Creek Rd. Entrance fee of $6. Meet at the Eagle Rock Picnic Area. Get to know the Guadalupe Regional Group, Loma Prieta Chapter and Sierra Club. Bring lunch, water, hiking boots, and rain gear if needed. Heavy rain cancels. Car pool location: 9:30 AM at Los Gatos Municipal Parking Lot (Highway 9 between University Ave & Santa Cruz Ave, behind Chase bank). The outing begins and ends at the trail head, carpooling is not the responsibility of the Sierra Club.
Post hike meeting for uploading, downloading, tutoring for newcomers or just socializing at at the coffee shop about 2:30 PM.
