BALD EAGLES AND WILDLIFE WORKSHOP STARTING ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2022

Details

BALD EAGLES AND WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP IN THE KLAMATH NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE WITH AN OPTIONAL TRIP TO CRATER LAKE.

WORKSHOP DATES: Friday, February 11, 2022 to Monday, February 14, 2022.

You can see a lot photos that were taken in many of my Workshops in the Klamath Reserve by clicking on the link below:

(If you have a problem with the link, please let me know).

You can also see images from other workshops by going to the home page and clock on the PHOTOS link at the top of the page and scroll done to see images from previous workshops.

For 10 years, I have organized a group of photographers to travel to the Klamath Wildlife Reserve to photograph large numbers of Bald Eagles who fly in to feast on the millions of migrating birds.

The trip in February of this year was one of the best I have ever done and I hope that this trip in 2022 will be great as well.

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP.

Because of the Omicron variant to the Virus, we will need to make some changes.

Everyone will need to show proof of being vaccinated including the booster shot and wear an N95 face covering in certain situations as well as maintaining social distance.

Also, we will not be able to help with car pooling or sharing a room.

However, if you want, you can make these arrangements by yourself, if that is something that you want to do.

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE FOR THE WORKSHOP

The final Schedule will be made when we get closer to the dates of the workshop and will depend on conditions at that time.

FRIDAY: Leave from your location early on Friday morning and drive directly to the Wildlife Refuge for Check In, Orientation and some late afternoon shooting. We will be meeting at 4:00 pm. If you need to work on Friday, you can leave after work and join us on Saturday morning.

SATURDAY: We will meet for Breakfast on Saturday morning where we will prepare for our first full day of photography.

SUNDAY: We will again meet for Breakfast and return to the Refuge for another day of photography. If you have to leave early on Sunday afternoon because you need to work on Monday you can do that - just let me know that you will be doing that.

MONDAY: I have organized these workshops for many years and I always offer the option of a side trip to photograph Crater Lake. The ability to visit the lake will depend on weather conditions.

HOTEL: I have reserved rooms at a motel in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
It is very clean and comfortable and the price is very reasonable.
I will have the room rate in a few days and will post it here.

CHANGES TO THIS WORKSHOP DUE TO THE VIRUS: In the past, attending photographers were able to car pool and share rooms.
This time, we will not be able to do that unless it is with members of your own family. When we meet as a group, everyone will be asked to wear a face covering and maintain social distance.

PRICE: $249.00 per person (not including hotels, meals or cost of travel).

Workshop Size: 10 Photographers.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation 10 or more days before the start of the workshop, you will receive a full refund of your PayPal payment. In addition, if this workshop is cancelled, for any reason, you will also receive a full refund.

Hope you can join us.
