Join us for a Memorial Day hike in the Sunol Regional Wilderness, let's get our best friends, go be outside, and enjoy nature on our day off πŸ• ⛰️

What are we doing? πŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ
We will be hiking along the McCorkle trail to the Alameda Creek Overlook aka Little Yosemite. There will be rolling hills along with views of the natural beauty of the East Bay. It is a natural trail so please make sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes πŸ₯Ύ

How long will this take? 🧭
We will take off around 10:15am after some quick intros and any other pre-hike rituals you or your four legged friend have. The hike will take about 2-3hrs depending on the groups pace and the total hike length is under 4mi with about 800ft elevation gain from the parking lot. There is a restroom at the parking lot so please plan accordingly 🚻

Where do I meet? πŸ‘€
Please meet up with my dog and I at the parking lot nearby the restrooms. πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

PLEASE NOTE πŸ“ πŸ›œ
There is little to no cell reception in the park please download any maps or directions you will need to arrive at the meeting point, I will post a picture of where I will be waiting. There may also be a fee to enter the park so please bring cash to pay for your entry, do not rely on card or tap-to-pay due to the limited reception at the park.

What do I bring?
β€’ good vibes ✨️
β€’ sun protection 🌞
β€’ water for yourself/dog πŸ’§
β€’ snacks for yourself/dog 🍎

We hope to see you there! 😊

IMPORTANT REMINDER
This is a dog hike so please make sure to follow all local leash laws and no retractable leashes. You are responsible for yourself and your dog at all times. This is not a training class, we are dog-centric but are not dog trainers, thank you
