Root / Ahoy / Oath @ Guildhouse, San Jose

If you enjoy Root and are curious about other titles from Leder Games (and Buried Giant), join us for a gaming session featuring two of their standout asymmetrical strategy games!

⛵ Ahoy A fast-paced, dice-rolling pirate game where rival factions battle for control over a dynamically generated ocean. It features the asymmetric faction play of Root, but is quicker to teach and easier to jump into!

👑 Oath A deeply strategic game of politics, power, and betrayal. Take the role of the Chancellor defending the realm—or an Exile plotting to usurp the throne. Features a persistent world state that shifts based on the outcome of each game.

🌲 Root: Always an option! Play as one of 13 unique factions, from the industrial Marquise de Cat to the lone Vagabond, as you fight other players for control of the woodland.

Have a different "Root-like" favorite? Bring it along or suggest it—we’re always open to recommendations!
