What we’re about
Bar Area Social Introverts group is for people to socialize and make friendships and connections in environments other than not loud bars and nightclubs. That’s what this meetup is all about. This group is for singles and couples.
What is an introvert? Simply put, an introvert is someone who feels more energized after spending time alone rather than being around other people. This can range from the quiet person you see in a coffee shop that are always nose deep in a book to the life of the party that needs their alone time to recharge. Generally speaking, introverts are more drawn to quieter, more relaxed atmospheres, smaller groups of people, and meaningful conversations.

Canvas of Calm: A Journey Through Sound, Art, and Intuition
Escape the noise and reconnect with your inner self in an evening dedicated to mind-body expression and renewal. Join this immersive journey to reset, unwind, and create as we weave together the meditative power of movement, the empowering vibrations of sound, the fantastical colors and textures of intuitive art, and the introspective guidance of oracle cards.
What to expect
- Mindful Movement: Gently move your body to release tension and ground your energy. This soft movement will prepare you for a deeper connection with yourself and the experience.
- Soothing Sound Bath: Surrender to the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. These vibrations will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, helping to cleanse your mind and balance your energy.
- Intuitive Art Session: Express your inner landscape without judgment. Guided by a facilitator, you will engage in a creative flow to produce a personal work of art that reflects your present state and intentions. No prior art experience is needed.
- Insightful Oracle Cards: Pull a card from a deck of oracle cards to receive intuitive guidance and personal messages. Use this reflection as a tool for self-discovery and a focal point for your creative and meditative practice.
What to bring
- A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort during the Meditative Movement.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and that you don't mind getting dirty (with paint!).
- An open heart and a curious mind.
- Bring a friend!
