Workers are experiencing capitalist rationalization of jobs to maximize profits: low wages, work speedup and demand-driven scheduling, gig and contract work with no benefits, unsafe/unhealthy working conditions, surveillance, management by AI.
Solarpunk is rebellious and anti-capitalist, envisioning a civilization made up of democratic communities living in harmony with nature.
How does capitalism impact you? It’s affect on America? How should work be organized and workers empowered?
