Outdoor Vegan Family Climbing and Picnic

Come climb and picnic with Bay Area Vegan families at Lower Guadalupe Rock near Los Gatos.

Here are the coordinates. There's no signal so just look for the group with a bunch of kids.

It's a very short walk from the road-side parking (limited spots) to the rock down a short, steep trail:

This day will be focused on kids climbing outdoors. However, anyone is welcome, even if you have no kids. If your kids are new to climbing, bring them anyway.

I only have one harness for kids but another friend is bringing one and another rope, so the kids and adults shouldn't have to wait too long for a turn. I have all the necessary equipment to set anchors and for top-roping and sport climbing.

I'll set up an easy route for the kids. "Bolted for Beginners"

If someone else has a climbing rope, please bring it and we can set more than one route!

There's no mobile phone reception there.
