BSC community meeting

We've moved in! Although there are still odds and ends being completed in our building outside Malden Square, and all of us are in various phases of settling in, we are no longer a scattered community. All of our plans and thoughts about living together as a community, and balancing private units with shared common space, are no longer abstract--they are real.

Our twice-monthly plenary meetings are still on Zoom, for the time being. Like everyone else, we are trying to stay healthy amid the uptick in COVID and flu cases lately.

As with all in-residence cohousing communities, we are building a "waiting list" in the event that a unit does become available, and seeking associate members who will fill that list.

Come learn about us at one of our twice-monthly meetings (prospective members are encouraged to join the meeting early to ask questions). We discuss relevant issues, decide on proposals via consensus and, in between, get to know each other better.
