For example, maybe we'll have discussion on Node and Go, workshops on React or Docker, or perhaps a meetup on Electron and/or WebVR. Maybe you wanted to try out something you've heard about but just don't enough time to get started without reading the documentation 50 times over. Perhaps we can answer some of those questions and/or work through some common bugs that help you get started and takeoff on your own.
As far as events are concerned, we want to stick to a format that actually involves coding and application of the topic. Myself for example, I'd like someone to take me through building a Node, Docker container or perhaps docker-composing frontend and backend containers. But don't just show me how to build I want to you to point me to all the important parts of the documentation and tell me about your experience with bugs and errors. Create some errors for me to hack through.
There is a wealth of knowledge in the Bay Area. Let's create more opportunities to learn from and support each other.
