Widespread reactivity and polarization blocks us from connecting to ourselves and others.

This workshop offers an alternative: Nonviolent Communication (NVC). We invite people of all backgrounds who want to cultivate peace, empathy, and connection in their lives and communities. Through engaging exercises, role-playing, and real-life scenarios, participants will learn to express their needs and feelings honestly while listening to others with deep empathy and understanding.
We strive to create a space where individuals explore how to navigate challenging conversations, defusing judgment, shame and blame, and building bridges with compassion and empathy. . Participants will leave with practical tools they can apply immediately to bring more clarity, collaboration and creativity into personal and professional relationships.
We hope to build community. In addition to offering tools and practice, we hope to foster co-support within the group. We hope to support journey toward nonviolence and deeper human connection.
