NOTE THE EARIER TIME: Monday St. Joes Evening Run

Details
We will meet at 6:15 pm (and leave soon thereafter) at the base of the hill in the parking lot behind the restaurant Nick's Next Door (http://www.yelp.com/biz/nicks-next-door-los-gatos)
What is St. Joe's Hill? It is a fantastic, but challenging run up (about 3 miles) to a beautiful view and then about 2.5 miles down the hill.
Can't run the whole thing? No worries! I stop four times along the way to gather folks. Plus, a lot of people from our group simply hike it!
The Pace? We get folks on this run that come at all different paces. It is nice to have a "bunny rabbit" to chase so come out and be someone's bunny! Since we are all different paces, we will NOT wait for the whole group at the top of the run. Instead, I ask that people wait about 2-3 minutes at the top to gather folks that are around your pace and then head back down the hill. We will gather to socialize and stretch at the END of the run by my car with some drinks that I will bring.
Where to Park? Technically, you are not supposed to park in that parking lot behind the restaurant, but I have never seen anyone get towed from there. However, if you want to play it safe, there are tons of spots on the street around the parking lot as well as on Main Street.
Water: there is one water fountain at the base of the run but after that, nada. If you get thirsty on these long runs, bring along your own water. I will have water for you at the bottom.
Have a wonderful day,
Michelle
