What we’re about
Welcome to the group!
Going through a divorce or the end of a long-term relationship can feel incredibly isolating. It’s a time when we need community the most — yet many of us find ourselves without community who really understand what we are going through.
I started this group because I needed something like this when my own marriage ended in divorce. At the time, none of my close family or friends had been through it, and I felt alone in my experience. I longed for a space where I could be and feel truly seen, understood, and supported in I was going through. My hope is that this group can be that place for you: a space to move, be in nature, and connect with other women who get it and want to support each other.
We meet once a month for a casual hike and community time. There’s no set agenda, no pressure to share, and no requirements other than to come as you are and enjoy nature with supportive, like-minded women.
Whether you’re newly navigating this transition or further along in your journey, you’re welcome here!
