The effort and aim of this group is to make Yoga and related health & fitness classes and programs more accessible by partnering with local studios to offer discounted and/or introductory classes.
Most classes welcome all ages, levels and experience ranges, though read each listings details for specifics. Though our primary focus is Yoga, our events will range from pilates to group fitness glass as well as food and nutrition oriented events. We also hope to include some holistic, spiritual and meditative classes as well.
We welcome individuals and businesses alike to propose different opportunities and ideas to us. We love active participation, and we always appreciate our sponsors who help keep this group alive!
