February 2011: Join us for a talk by developer Evan Hunt from ISC (Internet Systems Consortium), who will discuss the BIND 10 architecture and process model.
Evan Hunt is a software developer at Internet Systems Consortium, Inc. He is one of the maintainers of BIND 9, the world's leading DNS implementation, and was the lead architect of BIND 9.7 - ISC's "DNSSEC For Humans" release, which was focused on improving ease of use for the DNSSEC protocol.
Evan has also been a core developer of BIND 10, the successor to BIND 9. He lives in Santa Cruz, CA.
BayLISA includes system and network administrators across a range of skill levels. BayLISA meets to discuss topics of interest to administrators and managers. The meetings are free and open to the public.
