If you've ever thought about trying Dragon boating, this is your moment. Grab a paddle, jump in our 12m long boat and use it to propel the boat across Iron Cove with up to 20 other paddlers.

This free session will focus on technique, rhythm, and having fun. It’s a low-impact way to build core strength and cardiovascular health without the solo grind of a gym. Many of our members started with the same question: are they "fit enough for dragon boating?" No matter what your level of fitness, our expert coaches will help you with a fun and supportive session!
