What we’re about

This group is devoted to people who want to meet up primarily at Bayshore but also in surrounding areas in Tampa for calisthenics/bodyweight fitness activities. We'll take advantage of public workout stations. Think pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, squats, dips, etc. We can also hang gymnastic rings and get a total upper body workout. This group is for people who want to socialize and exercise together using just their body weight. No experience or equipment is required; however, if you'd like to bring a weighted vest or piece of equipment, go right ahead. Everyone is welcome. Can't do a pullup? No problem! Just get your butt outside. We'll work on it together. Nobody knows how to do everything. Personally, I have plenty of things I can't do or would like to get better at.
